Nearly 90 Air Travels Linked to Epstein Reportedly Came to or from UK Airports

A review has found that close to 90 flights associated to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein allegedly arrived at and departed from UK airports, with some reportedly carrying British women who allege they were victimized by the convicted sex offender.

Aviation Records Reveal Trail of Travel

These aviation records were among thousands of legal papers and papers made public by Epstein’s estate that have been made public over the previous twelve months. The investigation identified 87 aircraft movements linked to Epstein – featuring many that were not previously known – landing or taking off from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Passenger Details and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unnamed women were recorded among the passengers flying to and from the UK. Notably, 15 of these British airport journeys happened after Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for procuring prostitution from a child.

“This is ‘appalling’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his dealings in the country,” said American attorneys representing hundreds of Epstein survivors.

UK Survivors and Legal Proceedings

Testimony from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. But, that victim has not received any contact by UK authorities, as stated by her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police said they had “not received any further evidence that would support reopening the investigation.” They commented, “Should fresh and pertinent evidence be brought to our attention, encompassing any arising from the disclosure of documents in the US, we will assess it.”

Ongoing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

Proposed legislation to release every document held by the US government in regarding Epstein was approved by the House and Senate last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to adhere to this requirement. A vast number of papers are expected to be made public.

Separately, a US judge ruled last week that the department could publicly release case files from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime confidante, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the charges.
